Personality Plus!

I meant to post this last week and I forgot. When we were doing the "what world leader are you?" test, I also looked at some of the other tests on that site. I decided to look up my Myers-Briggs type (they call it Jungian), and totally cracked up at the completely depressing way they characterized INFP (that would be me, Work Boy 2, borderline EM and Lee depending on what day he takes the test). Read this:

creative, smart, idealist, loner, attracted to sad things, disorganized, avoidant, can be overwhelmed by unpleasant feelings, prone to quitting, prone to feelings of loneliness, ambivalent of the rules, solitary, daydreams about people to maintain a sense of closeness, focus on fantasies, acts without planning, low self confidence, emotionally moody, can feel defective, prone to lateness, likes esoteric things, wounded at the core, feels shame, frequently losing things, prone to sadness, prone to dreaming about a rescuer, disorderly, observer, easily distracted, does not like crowds, can act without thinking, private, can feel uncomfortable around others, familiar with the darkside, hermit, more likely to support marijuana legalization, can sabotage self, likes the rain, sometimes can't control fearful thoughts, prone to crying, prone to regret, attracted to the counter culture, can be submissive, prone to feeling discouraged, frequently second guesses self, not punctual, not always prepared, can feel victimized, prone to confusion, prone to irresponsibility, can be pessimistic

The ones that amused us most are highlighted. We wrote on our little white board at the office, "We like the rain," and Lee inserted "really" into it. So when we are feeling down, we just say, "I like the rain," and laugh.

Anyway, boy howdy, this makes me feel like a winner.

I looked at a couple of others, and realized they were pretty negative, too, so it makes me feel better, but when I want a laugh, I look at my printout of the characteristics, which I pinned to my cubicle wall.

To find your own, go here and click your type above my depressing description. If you don't know your type,
go take a test.

That's a really good idea, Suna. I should do that, too.
